Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2464
‘Abdur-Rahman bin ‘Awf said: “We were tested along with the Messenger of Allah(s.a.w) by adversity, so we were patient, then we were tested after him with prosperity, but we were not patient.”
From this hadith, we can learn a few important lessons:
- The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his companions faced various trials and difficulties throughout their lives. They endured these hardships with patience and perseverance, recognizing them as tests from Allah.
