1. Shiva attempted to rape the daughter of Sage Agniveshya
Skanda Purana 1.2.9.40-58
O gentle Sir, I saw the daughter of sage Agniveśya standing in water without any clothes on. She was on the threshold of youth. She was a Śyāmā, with slender waist. She was fawn-eyed. She had ample buttocks. Her thighs resembled the interior of a plantain tree (full, round and lovely). Her breasts were very close to each other. Beauty was gradually sprouting in her body. Her face resembled the lotus that was in full bloom. She could be adequately described only by good scholars and that too in accordance with their intellect and not in accordance with her instrinsic [intrinsic?] nature. Her side glances were like volleys of arrows. Smara (‘god of Love’) seemed to occupy her body himself and struck me hard with those arrows. She was playing as she liked surrounded by her friends. Impatient with love I got down from the aerial chariot and abducted her. On being seized by me and placed in the aerial chariot she lamented loudly for a long time shouting “O father, O father”, O gentle Sir. Her friends were very sad. They ran to the sage and said to him, “Your daughter is being taken away by a certain Vaimānika (‘one moving about in an aerial chariot’). O holy lord, she is crying. Save her. Get up.” On hearing these words of those (girls) from all round, the gentle sage, the storehouse of austerities, Agniveśya, hurriedly came up to her in the sky. “Stop, stop,” said he to me and restricted my movement through the power of his penance. The infuriated sage then spoke these unbearable words to me: ”My daughter was carried away by force by you in the manner in which a piece of flesh is carried away by a vulture in the sky. So, be a vulture now immediately. My daughter, an ascetic girl, has been abducted by you against her will. O vicious one, obtain its fruit now itself. On hearing this I was overcome with fear. I bent down my face with shame. I grasped the feet of the sage. I fell down at his feet and grasped them. I lamented loudly. (I then said thus:) “She has not been abducted by me after knowing (that she is an ascetic girl). She has not been outraged till now. O ascetic, be pleased. Take back your curse. Ascetics naturally forgive those who bow down. They are good people. So, be pleased. Let me not become a vulture.” When I sought refuge in him and bowed down to him thus, the great sage became appeased and said, “My words cannot at ail be untrue. But when you assist in recognizing King Indradyumna, you will get freed from the curse…” (source)
2. Shiva incurs a sage’s curse and drops his penis on the ground
Devi Bhagavatam Purana 4.20.36-37
O King! When Mahādeva, being infatuated with Kāma, went into the forest of Bhṛgu and becoming naked, began to copulate, the ascetic Bhṛgu, seeing him in that state, exclaimed “O You are very shameless” and cursed Him thus :– Let your penis drop off just now. Mahādeva, then to satisfy his thirst for passion, began to drink the water of the lake Amrita Vapī, dug by the Dānavas.” (source)
Skanda Purana 1.1.6.24-25
Although rebuked thus, Śiva silently went on towards his mountain. Then that immutable Mahādeva was overtaken by the sages. (They then cursed him thus:) “Since you are the abductor of (our) wives, be instantaneously a eunuch.” Thus cursed by the sages, his penis fell down on the ground. As soon as it reached the ground, it became very large immediately and it increased in size (enormously).” (source)
Shiva Purana 4.12.10-19
He was very brilliant but stark naked. He had smeared ashes all over his body as the sole ornament. Standing there and holding his penis he began to show all sorts of vicious tricks. It was with a mind to do something pleasing to the forest-dwellers that Śiva, favourite of the devotees, came to the forest at his will. The wives of the sages were extremely frightened at this sight. The other women excited and surprised approached the lord. Some embraced him. Others held his hands. The women were engrossed in struggling with one another. Meanwhile the great sages came there. On seeing him engaged in perverse activities they were pained and infuriated. The sages, deluded by Śiva’s Māyā and plunged in grief, began to say—“Who is this? Who is this?” When the naked sage did not reply, the great sages told that terrible Puruṣa. “You are acting pervertedly. This violates the Vedic path. Hence let your penis fall on the ground.” When they said thus, the penis of that Avadhūta, who was Śiva of wonderful form, fell down instantly. That penis burnt everything in front; wherever it went it began to burn everything there.” (source)
3. Shiva had sex with a prostitute
Shiva Purana 3.26.1-30
O dear sage, listen to me. I shall tell you about Vaisyanatha, the incarnation of Siva, the supreme soul that yields great bliss. Formerly, in Nandigrâma there was a prostitute known as Mahänandã. She was very beautiful and a devotee of Siva. Once Siva assumed the form of a merchant and visited her house to test her. He had assumed the auspicious form of a devotee…The beautiful prostitute worshipped and welcomed the visitor with great joy. She made him sit with great respect…During the night she had her sexual union with the merchant who behaved like a libertine. She then went to sleep on the couch brilliant with a soft bed.” (source)
4. Shiva lusted after goddess Girija
Skanda Purana 1.1.35.12-20
After saying thus, the goddess Girija, the (cause) of all auspiciousness, became desirous of going to Mähesvara after assuming the form of a female Sahara huntress…She had to bend down slightly on account of the weight of the heavy breasts. Her smooth glossy tresses had grown abundantly. She was very slender and thin in her waist. The buttocks were large. Gaur’s thighs were like the golden plantain stem…(From a distance) she saw Girija. The lady of beautiful face thus went along, served and accompanied by many friends and attendants. Through the loud humming sound of the bees, she made the three worlds reverberate. Girija (appeared) to revive Manmatha again and again. The royal swans became at that instant filled with love and desire. Bees and peacocks all of them were lovelorn and so had heart-burn. She went to the place where Mahesvara was seated engaged in trance and meditation. He was seen by the goddess extremely fascinated by the sound of bees. Mahädeva woke up from his trance. On seeing the Sabari, Mahesa immediately became afflicted with love. He went near Girijä and was about to seize her by the hand, when the chaste lady suddenly vanished from his presence. Immediately after seeing it, the lord had his wrong notion dispelled. Sambhu wandered around but did not see the dark-eyed lady.” (source)
5. Shiva followed a naked woman and dropped his semen
Shrimad Bhagavatam 8.12.26-32
The beautiful woman was already naked, and when She saw Lord Siva coming toward Her, She became extremely bashful. Thus She kept smiling, but She hid Herself among the trees and did not stand in one place. His senses being agitated, Lord Siva, victimized by lusty desires, began to follow Her, just as a lusty elephant follows a she elephant. Being embraced by Lord Siva like a female elephant embraced by a male, the woman, whose hair was scattered, swirled like a snake. 0 King, this woman, who had large, high hips, was a woman of yoga-maya presented by the Supreme Personality of Godhead. She released Herself somehow or other from the fond embrace of Lord Siva’s arms and ran away. As if harassed by an enemy in the form of lusty desires, Lord Siva followed the path of Lord Visnu, who acts very wonderfully and who had taken the form of Mohini. Just as a maddened bull elephant follows a female elephant who is able to conceive pregnancy, Lord Siva followed the beautiful woman and discharged semen, even though his discharge of semen never goes in vain.” (source)
6. Shiva – The sex addict
Shiva Purana 2.4.1.24
For a thousand years according to the calculation of the gods, Śiva the Yogin has been engaged in sexual dalliance. He does not desist from it.” (source)
Skanda Purana 5.2.20.1-8
O fair lady, sexual dalliance was commenced by me together with you. A hundred divine years and more passed off joyously. You were afflicted by Manmatha and overwhelmed with love. Perceiving the long-drawn out dalliance, the Devas became agitated in their minds. Vāsava and others took the requisite and timely counsel together. “For a hundred divine years Rudra has been continuously engaged in sexual dalliance with Gaurī on the Mandara mountain full of charming caves. There is no doubt about this that the entire region of the three worlds will perish on account of the son who will be born out of the seed of these two. Certainly, we are not capable of bearing the brilliance thereof. Hence let that means be resorted to whereby this dalliance stops…” (source)
Devi Bhagavatam Purana 1.12.1-53
Sūta, said :– Once on a time, Sanaka and other Ṛṣis went to this forest to pay a visit to Śaṅkara, illuminating the ten quarters by their holy aura. But then Bhagavān Śaṅkara was in amorous dealings with Śaṅkarī. The beautiful Devī Ambikā was then naked and sitting on the lap of Śaṅkara and therefore became very much ashamed at their sight; She got up hurriedly, and putting on her cloth, remained there shuddering, with great shame and sensitiveness. The Ṛṣis, also, seeing them engaged in amorous dealings, went away quickly to the hermitage of Nara Nārāyaṇa.” (source)

Formerly, Śarva (i.e. Śaṅkara), having seen youthful and beautiful women of Gandharvas, Kinnaras and human beings, and with his mind set on them, pretended to be intent on practising penance, and with a spell dragged them far away into the sky. Then the great lord, the conqueror of the god of love, having fashioned a very delightful cottage, sported (there) with them. In the meanwhile, Gaurī’s mind became excited. By means of meditation she saw the lord of the world, sporting with women. Knowing his intention she became angry. Then taking the form of Kṣemaṅkarī, she entered (the sky), and saw, far away in a lonely region of the sky, Hara (i.e. Śiva), whose lustre was like that of the god of love, who was in the midst of beautiful women, who, the best man, was bright, who, having again and again embraced the women, was sporting with them, who was kissing them excessively, and who was tormented by the passion of love.” (source)

The sandal-paste, aguru, kasturi, vermilion, spots which were painted over their bodies were erased. The knots of hair were dishevelled and the garments had been tom. They were creating sound with the garments, anklets, armlets, kundalas, while engaging in the physical exercise over flower bed crushing the flowers, they were breathing heavily.
