📖Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1944
Abdullah bin Amr narrated that the Messenger of Allah said : “The companion who is the best to Allah is the one who is best to his companion. And the neighbor that is the best to Allah is the one that is best to his neighbor.”
- This hadith (saying) of the Prophet Muhammad, as narrated by Abdullah bin Amr and recorded in Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1944, emphasizes the importance of being kind and good to one’s companions and neighbors. The Prophet teaches that the person who is the most beloved to Allah is the one who treats their companions with kindness and respect. Similarly, the neighbor who is the most beloved to Allah is the one who is good to their neighbors, treating them with kindness, compassion, and consideration. This hadith thus highlights the importance of social relationships and the need to maintain positive interactions with those around us.
