📖Sahih al-Bukhari 6133
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “A believer is not stung twice (by something) out of one and the same hole.”
- The phrase “A believer is not stung twice (by something) out of one and the same hole” is a metaphorical expression. It means that a wise person learns from their mistakes and does not repeat them. Just like if a person gets stung by a bee from a specific hole, they will avoid that hole in the future to prevent being stung again.
